Hey,
About 5 months ago, I had 10 mL of filler injected into each heel pad, which resulted in a height increase of around 1.3 cm. I paid approximately $1,300 for the procedure, and I’m now approaching my follow-up session.
Based on this case report: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39424652/, I should have gained a little more height during this period.
I’ll post an update after my follow-up.
