Once swelling comes off it will look the same for most of it lasting period. I didn’t have any sides and I have fillers just about anywhere you can place on the face (except lips)

Restylane doesn’t last as long as voluma, but is more suitable for certain areas such as under eye.

If you want cheekbones and jaw/chin go voluma

Under eyes and upper eyelids go for fat grafting
