people like to hate on filler rigorously saying stuff like:“it will migrate“ „implants/osteotomies are better“

But in comparison
Going under the knife costs more, is riskier less accessible, has far more down time and is harder to reverse

In comparison:
Filler can give magnificent results within a day, with no down time and even if it migrates (which migration is often a result of improper technique) you can dissolve it.

Now surgery might mog the END results, CONSIDERING it goes right (which it often doesn’t)

surgery isnt just for making a certain place bigger,

it can help you reshape ur face.

I think surgery is better long term, and it can reshape you face, where filler just gives you some extra mass.
But I kinda see you point, it depends on the situation in my opinion
