Filler as is are more effective than implants but cheaper. It is honestly a mystery to me why more people don’t use filler in .org.

Overfilling:
If you overfill you will run into quite a few issues which I’ll mention in this section. But this can easily be fixed by being more conservative in the amount of filler used
