Filler or implants. Choosing between 2 downsides

I have to choose between 2 scenarios:

- Getting my cheeks pumped with fillers, gaining 0.5-1psl. Long term negative effect: filler migrating and maybe getting a bloated and round face. Cheekbones loose definition. Positive effect: having 1-2years of looking good. I am already 26, so time is really ticking, and i need to act very fast to profit the most of my last years till 30.
Costs will be around 2-3k. I already had 5ml to the cheek/upper maxilla 7 months ago. Got many compliments. But now the result seems to flatten, and it looks like i should get them refilled again.

- Waiting and working for 1.5-2 years till i can travel to america and get cheek/jaw implants for 30k at eppley/dr.Y
negative: I will loose very precious time without looking the best i could.
