If you're late teens there is no need to get filler or implants for your zygos, most of us cant even afford implants so will cheap out of filler.This is so dumb filler was never intended to replicate bone, its gonna migrate and you'll look like a testicle.Buy a mallet and bone smash, I have had so many people ask me if I had implants as my transformation has been crazy. it does not maintain the same structure for your entire life though. pretty much every filler ascension ends up looking uncanny eventually.
