Don't know much about filler but if I end up not being a surgery first candidate for a trimax I'm planning on using filler during the decomp time. Where should I ask for filler and how much? I'm in the US is it worth it to travel abroad for filler or stay in my area? Also, I made a dumb comment earlier thinking the surgeon doing my trimax could dissolve the filer right before but I have now realized that it needs to be a while between dissolving and the next procedure.

i trust your opinion heavily bossman i been reading thru @lurking truecel posts on bimax and how for most people bimax isn't needed and fillers implants fat grafts and such have a higher roi. I have a class 3 bite edge to edge leaning underbite but he says unless you're 2-3mm underbite not worth it. I'm recessed all around so idk what to do. Could you please lmk if my case bimax is needed or genioplasty, filler and implants is a better route to go?
