Got 1.1ml in chin and 50% tear trough so other 50% will be done in 2 weeks and getting 0.5-1ml more anyways heres current results and the before ofc

Isnt your maxilla flat and it would be better if you did a double jaw

Thanks for sharing, but, in your case, filler is like a patch on a wooden leg. Your side profile cannot look good without actual surgery.
Chin filler only emphasizes your downgrowth ; combined with the hyper-projected nose tip and the gay pout, it looks kinda grotesque.

This is a very good-looking derivative of your side profile pic with chin filler :

Even though this is not really attainable, what does that tell us ? You will most likely benefit from a bimax with CCW rotation, a sliding genioplasty (instead of filler), maybe a lip lift, and a comprehensive rhinoplasty (e.g. tip rotation, tip deprojection, dorsum shaving, ANS graft, radix graft).

Ye i aint affording all that but im planning on bsso and rhino, and chin+tear triugh implants
