filler to fix upper eyelid exposure???

i saw a post in best of the best talking about how filler is a good option for fixin uee. because there had been reported cases of filler lasting more than 2 years when injected into the spot under the eyebrows. But ive heard many times that filler migrates aswell. Does the filler have the same migrating effect when injected around the eyes, and especially considering that you would be injecting significantly less amout of filler. and do you also have to get retouches every now and then????? someone with high iq answer plz.
