I plan to get filler to chin and Cheekbones (zygomatic arch), very small amounts, placed deep on bone from injector with good anatomical training. I dont need and want much, just for slight improvement. I researched a little and found that hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers may be best options, more specifically either Juvederm Volux, Voluma and/or Restylane Contour.
I still wanted to ask here just in case since people here are very knowledgeable about this stuff. So basically there shouldn't be really migration risk for me since I get 1. small amount 2. good placement 3. right type filler 4. injected by right person. Since migration happens 99% of the time from lips, tear troughs, or superficial injections and big amounts and wrong fillers. AND EVEN when the migration happens in my case(like 0.1%) HAs are reversible.(fully dissolvable with hyaluronidase). Like I plan to do it long term, like 10-20 years. Also with these fillers I need one small session every 1-2 year for ~€500–€700 so its great.
I wanted to ask here is there really anything that can go wrong?
Rn other risks Im aware of(also very low chance of happening):
Asymmetry - fixable easily
Bruising & Swelling - normal, goes away
Small Lumps or Irregular Texture - goes away within 1-2 weeks, ofc reversible
Vascular Occlusion(rare)- just gotta make sure injector have hyaluronidase in hand, also very very rare to happen to chin and cheekbone filler
Infection - very rare, from bad hygiene or unsterile technique but I go to good clinic, Treatable with antibiotics
Filler Migration - rare as I said for my case, reversible

Actually no filler procedure is 100% risk-free. Although you got a nice plan with minimal risks, the main risks that can happen with small chances are inflammation or swelling. I think it's safe a lot, just go for a skilled injector
