I was just about to order an HA filler check this out
Recent retrospective studies and case reports on PubMed (starting around 2020 and updated in 2024–2025) have confirmed that hyaluronic acid (HA) filler injections can cause localized bone resorption (bony erosion).
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10942210/ and there are many more studies, It‘s especially a concern in the mentum (chin etc.) area https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8711620/
