Fillers for UEE how dangerous is it

How dangerous is it to do fillers on the upper eyelid area? I've read a little bit online about risk for blindness? But how does that even happen?

I want to do fillers for my uee is Bernardini best in Europe for this or do you know anyone better

Not sure. I'm in talks with my doc to get some oculoplastic work done and we briefly discussed fat grafting but I didn't get too many details.
