I got the bread and the cash money to afford fillers annually with no problem

. I also have the option to do implants but with bimax, which I am scared to do all together, and I’d rather just get my bimax over with

My issue is mostly assymetry for example one infra is more projected than the other, but they are both already nicely projected

The jaw could do with some definition

I also wanted to bring up a good point, @lurking truecel @RealSurgerymax

If one infra is more projected than the other by a decent amount, even if corrected with implants, won’t there be more ptosis on the more recessed side, which will defeat the purpose of correcting assymetry? Especially in my case since my malaria are already projected?

According to my implant designer friend TONY my infra is projected 2mm more

I don’t have his @ on here
But he is better than giant (sorry giant, don’t sue me for defamation)

Idk I've seen many malar implants not do shit and many malar plans posted but yet no results. Weird we've seen so much jaw angle implant results though. But I've seen great fat grafting although scarce but many im sure is carrying the weight of implants with its superficial augmentation and volumization when done together. Let alone the risks with implants. What scares me is the drooping I hear causing "laxity" or something stretching the tendon. Not too sure.

So to answer your question maybe neither. Filler migrates and bloats your face im sure.
