Are fillers a waste? People say they will migrate and look bad after a while. Should i just get implants straight away?

it just depends on what youre willing to do. implants is a much more expensive and invasive surgical procedure but the results are permanent and will look better. filler doesnt migrate if placed near the bone and imo can look rlly good esp on mandible/chin
