I keep hearing people trashing on fillers. Fillers have been a thing for a while…

Is the shit they say true? I hear fillers when done especially by a cosmetic surgeon who specializes in them, and addresses your concern, are successful… and even if something goes wrong, they are removable..

Any migration is definite, however it is only a few millimeters from targeted site.

Can fillers compete with implants? Do fillers make you look soft and less angular?

Fillers are generally worse, but imo it's a good option if you get a small amount, like under 2 ml per side; or under 4 ml overall ideally it's really only for stubble-moderate differences. If you want actual transformative results, it is best just to get implants or osteotomies.

theyre bad if you overfill and have 10 liters of filler all over your face, especially in undereyes etc, then in case of migration it gives you that heavy puffy midface look that looks botched.
but overall no filler isnt bad if you have realistic expectations, and can be dissolved

Thanks guys will look into this. This in combo with coloring, good skin, and leanness should combine to a good look. Got a lot of midface flatness rn fr

if you go with filler make sure to do rha only, the chance of migrating is way less & it moves naturally with your face compared to other types of dermal fillers.
