I have no idea tbh. Frankly I've never used hgh or considered it. Used some ipamorelin at 17 thats it. Ofc HGH is good for bone density but idk about HGH frag or how strong it is.

Can’t even find good uk sources for peptides. Most of them are massively underdosed

cnt help u sry. Dont even use melanotan 2. TBH I though about using BPC 157 because my shoulder with the torn rotator cuff is still lagging behind in strength a bit on ohp so if I ask a friend and get a gd one I will message u.

If you have any ligament, tendon or muscle injury it would help. But if u have repetitive strain injury in ur wrist from typing and/or jerking it too much idk if it would help with that
