FIN does absolutely what it says it will do, which is nuke your DHT so if that if you have high androgenic sensitivity in your hair follicles, they won't be bombarded to death with DHT and just die off. The problem is that DHT is extremely important when it comes to things like sexual function (testosterone as a whole pretty much) so obviously you are going to get sexual side effects if you are lowering the thing which is making you sexually functional in the first place.
