I came across this post and something caught my eyes

" For those around this age, you can also do anti-estrogen therapy, but again, it is risky. I recommend you do not take it yet until you are 16.0 years of age. What you can do is to drink 1 or 2 glasses of milk a day. This contains approx. 20-30mg of IGF-1. This is especially important if you have not started puberty yet. If you have already started puberty, it should still work, and work well it should ( at least, that is what doctors think )"

Is this cope? I've read here that milk is actually BAD for your height because of the estrogen in it closing your growth plates. But from personal experience at the age of 13, 4/12/2019 my height was recorded at 5'8. At this point in my life I was told by a friend who went to the gym to drink a lot of milk and start doing calisthenics. I would drink two cups of milk a day until I was measured again 8/13/2019 where my height was recorded at 5'11. If I can find the documents from my school I'll post them for proof.

That's what I'm asking. Albiet I was 13 at the time and I'm currently 14. The school's have removed my Physical Evaluation records since I'm moving to highschool but I'll try and keep looking for them.

They deleted all my old P.E records so I have no proof. I'd like to see what other people have to say and if they also have any personal stories

Bro you have a ton of genes working together (like hundreds) which determines your final height
Drinking a bit of milk wont have any positive or negative effect on it

It's genes in the end but I never liked milk as a child, so I never drank it much after around 5 years old, and I'm the shortest of my brothers who loved milk and drank it their whole lives.

I'm 4+ inches shorter than them. :feelsrope:

The estrogen is in the fat just drink skimmed milk

It's just milk without the fat right? no soy or shit like that?
Yeah it's just protein and carbs with no fat, or you could get semi-skimmed which has a small amount of fat but that'll still have some estrogen

i doubt milk would do anything other than help you reach your genetic limit

there are many users here that injected literal peptides/hgh along with anti estrogen drugs and got some results or no results at all.

i grew just under an inch from peptides on and off for a year, i didn’t take it consistently because i didn’t want to get diabetes (i am at risk for that)

if you want to grow taller get on aromasin, a low dose and take hex and ghrp2. good luck.

Yes I was breastfed. It's probably mostly genes. At most I could've gained maybe an inch or two by height maxxing.
