final jaw surgery + implants design

We're going with fairly large movements, around 7mm down and forward for the upper jaw. We were initially going to do jaw and chin implants, but these movements correct most asymmetry. surgeon assured me if i want them, lip lift, nose job, anything else in the future he'd still be available. So we're just doing the main focus for now, which is fixing my structural deformities.

I've attached the skull rearrangements, movement chart, cheekbone design (4.5mm thickness), and plate overlays. And a selfie for my before pictures

yeah ive tried tretinoin and azelaic acid and some others and nothings working for it. Definitely gunna have to go for a harder fix. I'll maybe try one of those laser things first where they fry off the too layer or whatever the hell they do. Haven't looked into it much, getting my skull in check first

They listed them on their write up as malar and submalar implants, but the placement is definitely augmenting my orbitals. im a pretty big fan of the shape though. both those areas are lacking for me

its only like that on the implant design photos, idk why they didnt move the lower jaw in those photos. if you look at the bottom right of the one with 6 pics showing the movements it shows lower jaw movement

nah my surgeon went with someone else. my guy prefers more conservative implant designs, said we can always add more later if necessary

You need to stop running the super androgenic compounds more than anything, that's whats gonna wreck your skin.

good luck mate, the recovery is not easy, if I were you I would've done a nose job (that's what I personaly did) and something for the skin as another guy said.

I’m curious- do you notice an obvious SMV jump with mask maxing? Bc that does add up- if your mid face weakness can be hidden it gives you a preview of what life would look like after hardmax- smart test.

it lifted my nose a bit from the maxilla advancement. i was under for nearly 12hrs, so surgeon couldnt add many other procedures. we wanted to get the structure fixed a good but first this time, then i can come back in a year for tweaks like that

late getting back to the thread cuz i was really messed up. eyes got messed up and i couldnt open em for 2 days. surgeon said he was having difficulties but managed to get it all done according to the original plan, with the cheek implants and jaw implants he surprised me with.

you can see im not instantly a chad or anything, but this hopefully with my speech and the irregularities from my developmental issues.

the cheekbones look like im gay maxxing; hopefully theyll go down a bit

Thanks. i think the implants are fairly high, but the bulk of the swelling is seated on the lower half because of gravity. they should look higher in a few weeks

most likely. nose is still shrinking a little bit by the day, and it perked up a good but so its definitely better. still planning on rhino and a lip lift next year, not entirely sure yet
