I fucking despise acne

Nah man, your biggest nerf is that youre 163cm at 14, that's fucking 5'3, if you dont grow a LOT, after puberty, its automatically over

dude i'm 14 and im 5,5 you should probably just focus on skincare and health maxing so you come out of puberty with the best results
 
no maxilla and acne with bad ratios. but just eat a lot and healthy for growth etc youll be fine
 
can change ur hair and cover acne if that makes u feel better, your 14 and dont look that bad

I’m not super stupid and not easily influenced, the most I’m getting from this is how to eat healthy and normal things like that, don’t worry i won’t go insane

how should i eat them? Cuz I can’t really tell my parents im going to cook for myself only and I don’t know how to cook, thankfully, I live in Greece so I eat actually decent food and not slop most of the time, but, what should I avoid and what can be something healthy and simple I can make?

how? Lot of the things I see aren’t explained well, also I can’t really decide on what to eat healthy and I have ZERO idea how to maximize test and especially hgh

just eat lots of meat fruits milk eggs joguhrt etc. and just cut out everything unhealthy like mcdonalds etc look at sillz on tiktok he explains it pretty good

You look like me a bit, i was 160 at 14 and now i'm 180.5 at 19, you'll stay good, but if you notice at 15 or 16 that you ae not growing then get checked :feelsgiga:
