and what’s the best debloat foods
2 to 3 hours before sleep don't eat shit. So that U sleep on an empty stomach. Foods stays 3 hrs in the stomach FYI. And I'd say just avoid carbs and eat lean protein with low sodium and you'll debloat. Like fish, meat, eggs.

Best bloatmeal imo. Salt plus carbs work synergistically bloating u up exponentially rather than eating only salt or only carbs

I also do bloatmeal before bed if I want a nasty pump the next day in the gym. Face looks ltn at best then at that time
