Background:
The Nigger problem has gotten out of hand in recent years. Niggers account for the majority of rape crimes, violent crimes, gang members, shoplifters, and just about every vile thing you can think of. Hatred is coded into their DNA and is exacerbated by their loud-mouthed arrogant culture. The only feasible solution to the Nigger Problem is implementing my plan. It's the only way to stop the loudmouthed ghetto whores and the violent black males from raping our Aryan women and spreading their black disease and filth.
Method:
Stage 1 - Incarcerate all blacks - We start our plan by going door to door and rounding up every male cotton-picking nigger and feel free to take care of the loudmouthed Niggress as u may please if they start chattering (Cut tongues out

Stage 2 - Start Snipping - Once we have officially incarcerated them all we begin the mass snipping, tye them down, gag them, pull out the garden clippers, and just take off everything below the cock. We can utilize this method-
