Completely depends on your hormonal profile. If your estradiol is already low then obviously no. If it’s in the mid to high range then yes. How much to take is also dependant on your current estradiol levels but 0.25mg of fin eod is a good starting point. Increase by 0.25mg increments until you start experiencing low e2 sides. Keep in mind that you want low e2 but not low enough to the point that you’re experiencing menopausal like symptoms.

you want to aim for 15-20pg/mL Estradiol which still is in a healthy range

seriously harming side effects only occur if your E2 is under 10pg/mL for a longer period of time

nobody is saying that estrogen is evil and that it should be eliminated completely

do a baseline test and adjust your dose with further bloodwork

if you're careful ais are pretty safe
