how to "ascend" your lazy ass in final week of winter break.
(late but long thread please read and give rep much love) k so i just know you lazy fucks just sat gooned and otg till 6am and some of you will start school soon looking like a lair monster and make foids run away from you. don't worry, im here for yall, so in one week you cannot truly ascend (LOGICALLY) but i will teach you a guide fixing ALL your problems if you're not a recessed truecel through FRAUDING. i also started everything i'm saying here so i wont be a truecel manlet on monday when i return to school :forcedsmile::forcedsmile::forcedsmile:here you go:
FIRST COMPONENT
height. cuz i jst know most of you are walking manlets. through frauding its pretty fucking logical what you're gonna do here, height lifts on already tall shoes (just wear heels brootal dood:lul::lul: ) jfl no, wear something like af1 +3-5cm lifts so it isnt OBVIOUS frauding yk? but dont wear regular af1's ofc since you wanna standout here (get into that later) so you get 3cm from sneakers and let's say 5cm(im gonna do 3cm even tho im 5'11 at 14 cope you manlets) so you get a total-ish of 6-8cm total frauding which instantly ascends you:eek:

SECOND COMPONENT
face. obviously the most important aspect to attractiveness and to fuck foids. we're gonna be focusing on the most extreme basics, here so listen up:
-skin(tone, color, smoothness, finish, etc..)
-brows
-eyes (sclera+iris)
-undereyes
-lashes
-lips
-teeth
-facial hair.
-debloat jfl
starting with skin tone/color, listen up boyos, this is for the mayocels (like ME) who are the colour of the goddamn snow outside, i have a quite rigid plan for skin coloring so listen up: you have to master undertones, the ones you DO want:
-GOLDEN undertone-primary, this should be the anchor of your entire look, this immediately spikes attractiveness "Skin tone accounted for ~5% of the variance in attractiveness ratings, while facial shape explained ~85% of variance. PubMed" + "Adding visible colour/redness cues makes a face appear healthier and somewhat more attractive" jfl its not 5% its more like 10-15% but we are GONNA WORK FOR THAT SHIT. we are not gonna be using mt2 for this shiiii cuz it doesnt work in 1 week (im hopping on after school starts back) but we are gonna master this via: beta/alpha carotene, we're not using long-term dosing but short-term blasts (if you are smokers this can cause cancer, jfl if you smoke to act nt) - inspo via pneumocytosis (huge legend love you bro) but we are not gonna use foods, but pure supplementation. dosing: 100k-125k iu beta carotene per day (split into 5 doses, 20k x 5 if 100k total dose, 25k x 5 if 125k total dose, + take it with FATTY meals, like milk or avocado for increased absorption) and 50-75k iu alpha carotene per day(split into 3 doses, 25k iu x 2/3 depending if you aim for 50 or 75k iu) ok now add DHA BASED SELF TANNER. its relatively cheap, oxidizes outer skin layer and creates golden/bronze appearance.

-then go for secondary tone: rosy, its easy: megadose lycopene and astaxanthin, lycopene: 50-100mg, astaxanthin: 40mg.+ nitric oxide maxxing: l-citruline: 8-10g, l-arginine: 8-10g, beet juice: 1l, coconut water: 1-2l. gonna give insane flush+vascularity but it's short lived so proceed with timing.

for skin finish, you can choose one of the 2 i've gathered via two years of skincare i guess? DONT FORGET TINTED SPF (im gonna get myslf an iron oxide tinted spf 60+)
-microtextured sun dried matte skin (better at hiding acne, hyperpigmentation, dimoprhism upgrade, creates more shadows/facial planes): use drying ingredients w/ simple barrier care. my main product for this: skinoren azelaic acid 20%
-glassy skin via outer skin layer hydration (creates more ethereal striking prettyboy look): use ceramides, hydrating ingredients: ha, niacinamide, vit c, serums overall. my main product for this: la roche la posay b5 barrier cream.
you should easily be frauding your skin imperfections with dha-based self tanner and tinted spf if you dont have above moderate acne. skip tret for this period i beg, use skinoren 20% aa its not because of the actual ingredient, but bcs of formulation, thick white cream acts like fucking makeup.
for undereyes not much you can do: caffeine 5% serum+icing+concealer if you have dark circles (most of you have via recessed infras)
for lips: scrub, exfoliate 1-2x/week, ha serum, moisturizer, b5 barrier cream, thick aquaphor, vaseline this is what i do for my bleeding cracking lips from mitigated sebum.

now.. brows + lashes, easy! brows: minox 5%, rosemary oil, castor oil, derma stamping, latisse, microgrooming at salon (sephora does this i heard) + tinting 2 shades darker, lashes: curler (no heat, heat=damage) rosemary oil, castor oil-cycle, latisse, tinting 2 shades darker.

this is pretty close to peak coloration i guess????? you have multicoloral dimensional face: golden/bronze+rosy+red/orange+whites+black+slight grey go and fuck foids :))

ok now most of you are above 10% bf so you should get to 8% asap, but since you cant do that in 1 week, we are doing water manipulation, if every-intermittent fast, 16:8. + 1h cardio everyday, so your gonna lose 1-2kg of actual fat in this one week i did this before. for water manipulation its pretty fucking easy, 6l water everyday with electrolytes mantained or slightly higher potassium intake, 5 water-pills (if its those herbals one off internet, im spamming that cuz its my only access key) but if you live in US, get pamabrom asap 200mg debloat like hell, + caffeine 600mg, this causes a process of debloat via water excretion via kidney-mediated fluid shifts from subcutaneous tissue.


next: 90% of you are fucked nd brainrotted walking sacks of shit, so you cannot pull if your life depended on it so... we're gonna drugmax, if you have prescription, take dopamine agonists pramipexole or just fucking fraud a prescription,

face. obviously the most important aspect to attractiveness and to fuck foids. we're gonna be focusing on the most extreme basics, here so listen up:

-eyes (sclera+iris)

-teeth
-facial hair.

starting with skin tone/color, listen up boyos, this is for the mayocels (like ME) who are the colour of the goddamn snow outside, i have a quite rigid plan for skin coloring so listen up: you have to master undertones, the ones you DO want:
-GOLDEN undertone-primary, this should be the anchor of your entire look, this immediately spikes attractiveness "Skin tone accounted for ~5% of the variance in attractiveness ratings, while facial shape explained ~85% of variance. PubMed" + "Adding visible colour/redness cues makes a face appear healthier and somewhat more attractive" jfl its not 5% its more like 10-15% but we are GONNA WORK FOR THAT SHIT. we are not gonna be using mt2 for this shiiii cuz it doesnt work in 1 week (im hopping on after school starts back) but we are gonna master this via: beta/alpha carotene, we're not using long-term dosing but short-term blasts (if you are smokers this can cause cancer, jfl if you smoke to act nt) - inspo via pneumocytosis (huge legend love you bro) but we are not gonna use foods, but pure supplementation. dosing: 100k-125k iu beta carotene per day (split into 5 doses, 20k x 5 if 100k total dose, 25k x 5 if 125k total dose, + take it with FATTY meals, like milk or avocado for increased absorption) and 50-75k iu alpha carotene per day(split into 3 doses, 25k iu x 2/3 depending if you aim for 50 or 75k iu) ok now add DHA BASED SELF TANNER. its relatively cheap, oxidizes outer skin layer and creates golden/bronze appearance.

-then go for secondary tone: rosy, its easy: megadose lycopene and astaxanthin, lycopene: 50-100mg, astaxanthin: 40mg.+ nitric oxide maxxing: l-citruline: 8-10g, l-arginine: 8-10g, beet juice: 1l, coconut water: 1-2l. gonna give insane flush+vascularity but it's short lived so proceed with timing.

-undertone1: red/orange, this should be MINIMAL, megadose lycopene and astaxanthin, lycopene: 50-100mg, astaxanthin: 40mg.+ nitric oxide maxxing: l-citruline: 8-10g, l-arginine: 8-10g, beet juice: 1l, coconut water: 1-2l, cardio zone 2 for 1-2h gonna give insane flush+vascularity but it's short lived so proceed with timing. (same as before)

-undertone2: whites (eye whites + teeth whites, so sclera+enamel) for sclera: lutein + zeaxanthin. lutein: 100mg (not less) + zeaxanthin 75mg (also not less) + lumify 3x/day for this week, bcrfl of rebound redness. now enamel: 45% hydrogen peroxide gel session (@xandylooksmaxs thank you bhai ordered mine ;) ) search up on botb pneumo's guide for more in depth. sclera contrast via enamel should be somewhat equal same color and shade of white.
for skin finish, you can choose one of the 2 i've gathered via two years of skincare i guess? DONT FORGET TINTED SPF (im gonna get myslf an iron oxide tinted spf 60+)
-microtextured sun dried matte skin (better at hiding acne, hyperpigmentation, dimoprhism upgrade, creates more shadows/facial planes): use drying ingredients w/ simple barrier care. my main product for this: skinoren azelaic acid 20%
-glassy skin via outer skin layer hydration (creates more ethereal striking prettyboy look): use ceramides, hydrating ingredients: ha, niacinamide, vit c, serums overall. my main product for this: la roche la posay b5 barrier cream.
you should easily be frauding your skin imperfections with dha-based self tanner and tinted spf if you dont have above moderate acne. skip tret for this period i beg, use skinoren 20% aa its not because of the actual ingredient, but bcs of formulation, thick white cream acts like fucking makeup.
for undereyes not much you can do: caffeine 5% serum+icing+concealer if you have dark circles (most of you have via recessed infras)
for lips: scrub, exfoliate 1-2x/week, ha serum, moisturizer, b5 barrier cream, thick aquaphor, vaseline this is what i do for my bleeding cracking lips from mitigated sebum.

facial hair. you can either grow a stubble or a goatee, but my pick is always go clean shaven pretty please!!! i clean shave once a week cuz my dht aint that high rn. clean shave get foids (if you aint recessed, at least too much)
now.. brows + lashes, easy! brows: minox 5%, rosemary oil, castor oil, derma stamping, latisse, microgrooming at salon (sephora does this i heard) + tinting 2 shades darker, lashes: curler (no heat, heat=damage) rosemary oil, castor oil-cycle, latisse, tinting 2 shades darker.

this is pretty close to peak coloration i guess????? you have multicoloral dimensional face: golden/bronze+rosy+red/orange+whites+black+slight grey go and fuck foids :))

ok now most of you are above 10% bf so you should get to 8% asap, but since you cant do that in 1 week, we are doing water manipulation, if every-intermittent fast, 16:8. + 1h cardio everyday, so your gonna lose 1-2kg of actual fat in this one week i did this before. for water manipulation its pretty fucking easy, 6l water everyday with electrolytes mantained or slightly higher potassium intake, 5 water-pills (if its those herbals one off internet, im spamming that cuz its my only access key) but if you live in US, get pamabrom asap 200mg debloat like hell, + caffeine 600mg, this causes a process of debloat via water excretion via kidney-mediated fluid shifts from subcutaneous tissue.

if not and wanna go for easier, order asap these 2: anhydrous caffeine + mucuna pruriens. this is a classic formula used in parkinson's sick patients: psychostimulant + dopamine precursor. dosing: l dopa (from mucuna) 800mg pure l dopa (if your mucuna has 40% active levodopaaim for 2000mg) and 600mg anhydrous caffeine. dont take carbidopa cuz its prescription and none of you gon achieve it :ogre: so expect mild vomiting but thenfeel like a good. this combo causes: -euphoria, -mania, -hypersexuality, -compulsive behaivour, -god like feeling via dopamine, noremphirene, adrenaline axis hijaking.
