Okay so we've probably all seen the arnetts vid on his "FAB" tek vs straight Mma and why CCW is vital to preserve the aesthetic of the face.
but almost nothing is mentioned of CW MMA, except it helps w Sfs, that guy who ascended from djs with gunson, and that Sailer lecture where he briefly mentions CW he did on a woman pictured in a burqa.
CW seems to be a common rec during maxfac consultations of looksmax users regardless of Sfs or not.
so can we get the Maxfacs in here and do a comprehensive overview of CW?
its pros and cons,
how it actually works (maxillary CW lefort specifically)
why is cw the better option for cetain patients (esp nonsfs) n recommended over CCW?
can you still ascend with CW? is it less likely in general?
what are the cautions to consider with CW? is chimp lip still possible?
