The said ortho will probably extract the other molar and put bracers on to align the row of teeth. You can ask your ortho to take a mold of your non-extracted molar and create a fake tooth from ceramic or some shit to replace the extracted molar then put the bracers on. It wouldn't replace the bone one and still would cause some recession but better than not having a molar probably.
