i found a really effective routine for my skin but it could be drying for some people

at night i just cleanse once and put on pharma tretinoin 0.05

then i put a heavy asf moisturiser with 5% urea, petrolatum, glycerin after around 30 mins

in the morning i wash my face with water thoroughly but no cleanser used

then i use 10% benzoyl peroxide to whole face

after a couple hours i apply more 10% benzoyl peroxide

thats basically it

also diet is a meme for me personally im drinking 1L of milk and a fuckton of sugar daily and i have clear skin while when i was acne faced i was eating vegetables and only 'clean' foods with no dairy. skin routine is everything for me
