Finally Bought Lifts

I'm 6'1 in shoes. Gonna wear a layer minimum for a solid inch to be 6'2. If I wear boots I'm going to be 6'4-6'5. The mog is unreal.

he uses elevator shoes, that's different. lifts are terrible for ur posture and gait if u go more than 2 layers (~3 cm of added height) speaking from experience

Yep it's impossible to put more than 1 layer in and I walk so weird. How do people do this?

they don't. week 1 of walking with 3 layers I tripped and twisted my ankle 5 times before getting the hang of it.

Obviously That's why get elevator shoes with midsole technology, that means it's a curvature in the centre instead of your ankles slanting like ur walking in high heels

idk. 7 months in i started walking with a slight anterior pelvic tilt forward tilting posture even without. Just invest in elevator shoes, or better yet don't bother since you're already 6ft
