feels so fucking good to not wake up 5 times per night and be able to get good sleep. haven't had more than 6 hours of sleep since 2 weeks ago but now im easily getting 8-9 hours. adding 2 mg melatonin 1 hr before bed has been a game changer. my only complaint is i wish the 8-9 hours were consecutive but im getting 6 consecutive now which is decent. here is my full stack (all 1 hr before bed with blue light blocking glasses starting 3 hrs before)
400 mg magnesium
2 mg melatonin
500 mcg epithalon
3 IU GH
thinking about upping melatonin to 3 mg and GH to 4 IU. also might lower epithalon to 250 mcg. if anyone has thoughts on any of these changes id be happy to hear otherwise im mainly just posting this to share my experience
