Finally getting help for my mental health

I’ve been in a dissociated state for the past year and a bit now, I think I have some form of psychosis aswell. I finally got a call today, and it’s from the people that want to help me. Hopefully I can “cure” this dpdr or derealization, whatever it is. If this can go my life will turn around, and things will actually be looking up for once. I think their giving me therapy but I’m not too sure, just gotta hope whatever it is works.
