It depends severely on your case. Obviously you might have stopped growing (very improbable) but your growth might also accelerate. Growth rates are not perfect and there is lag towards the middle section of the curve which you might regain in the next few years

This is obviously mental gymnastics to try to determine a number that is dependent on many different environmental factors. But you always hear people saying they grew like 3 inches at 18 or some shit
