finally got perscribed melatonin

FINALLY after months of my sleep ruining my schoolwork, athletic goals and basically my life in my adhd appointment i said sleep is bothering me and overexaggerated it a little to get perscribed some, i know i could probably lock in and go to bed earlier but holy shit this stuff is gonna save my life. im starting on 4mg so if anyone else has used it please tell me your experiences
