Finally have my Thyroid in check again(RESULTS) + other debloat methods

Got my results from yesterday bloodwork:

my face also looks way leaner because of getting my hypothyroidsm under control. It does cause bloat and way more health risk (so check up on your thyroid if lean bodyweight but still facially bloated or just always feeling tired)

my face now at 24% BF (also i am 23 here, 19 other photo so that plays also a role)

VS on 15%

way less midface bloating then before caused by water, still need to lose the KGs ;P

my worst results:

Bonus: Drink half a liter of raw kefir daily to clean your gut that also causing bloat.
