i have a 7ft bar in the corner of my room and a power rack next to my bed just to do ohp and pullups

I had a similar setup. It’s geometrically impossible now with the current layout of immovable fixtures in my room unfortunately. It would be nice to have the option but realistically I’m fine doing dumbell OHP (not even strong enough to do handstand push up)

86 kgs 190 lbs finally. I see my abs for the first time in years. Maintained a decent amount of strength too. My end goal is 82-83 kgs. I did it all without any stimulants also. God speed
