I finally might be getting rhino, my mom has finally given her blessing which is pretty stupid since I’m 21 and will be paying for it myself. I wanted to get it at 18 but thought it might be early and I should wait to see if I still want to do it later when my life is more stable or not. Fast forward 3 years working in corporate finance, had a couple relationships, I still have that ache that my high school self had in his heart, all the bullying has left its scar on me and this is the antidote. I will be going to Dr.Nabil Fanous in Montreal. He’s genuinely the best surgeon I’ve seen with how natural he makes noses look. Now I know everyone here is sped and their opinion is likely clouded by the worldview we all share on here but do you guys if I should do it or nah. From the front I look fine but from the side I look ridiculous

Honestly looks good to me. Do you plan for the front to be altered at all? Already great nose-to-lip width ratio so couldn't see you needing to reduce the alar base width.

Keep at it, I went to a complete non target and you just have to be fucking persistent with your networking.

I don’t want the front to be altered just the side toned down a little. Fanous’s work is very natural and I’m less concerned that he will make it look feminine or uncanny. Here are some results
