Finally I'm doing a very small deficit to maintain muscle/grow more which has been working, I see my top 4 abs slightly especially after a big ab pump and in good lighting but still got some pounds to cut, remember leanmaxxing is the most important max on the planet if you have not seen your face at 6 pack body fat level then you don't know how you truly look.
