finally noticeing some differences from starting to improve my looks

the first photo was from like 3 months ago and i started tret like 2 months ago and accutane nearly a month ago while eating cleaner gym more sun and steps etc is there anything else i should try to really improve growing my hair out to fraud a better fwhr also.
