Im also using

> spf 50 pa ++++ ed
> Moisturizer ed
> aquaphor for lips ed

> 5k units d3 & 200mcg K2 ed
> 400mg Magnesium ed
> 1.080 mg EPA omega 3 ed
> 720 mg DHA omega 3 ed
> 800 mg NAC ed

> 8mg GHK CU ed


Do I miss any important step or thing?

Idk if it were a given but js incase take with a meal with decent amount of fat

Be careful with hot showers.

You may need eye ointment at night and omega 3 drops if you get red dry eyes.

Get a humidifier.

You may notice increased anxiety or depression, it goes away.
