I finally ordered creatine and am gonna start taking 5 grams a day. I’m big into supplements so I’m surprised that it took me this long since most people have creatine as the number one supplement people can take. If this goes well for me it’ll probably be join the big 3

I take more than these but if someone has no idea what supplements to take these 4 are almost 100% beneficial since most people are deficient in them
