Finally started getting acne on my chest

Surprised it took this long (2.5 months) on 500 test 250 tren.
Currently on 60 mg accutane about to end treatment but will order it myself after and microdose with 10 mg.
It's very light and not cystic which is good. The main reason I want to get rid of it is because it is a clear indicator to others of steroid use, and the aesthetic difference between a clean bare chest, shoulders, and back with no acne, no tatoos vs. even a little bit is a big one.

Going to cover it with concealer and cut out ultraproccessed foods until it goes away

Most likely

I had horrible cycstic acne on my face and sometimes body when natty that made me not even want to go outside, so for me accutane is a key ancillary. If you do a test only cycle tho a dht inhibitor might be enough to combat it I just stopped taking oral dut
