Mindset, goals and Opportunities
I hope this quick post helps you guys on your journey. It’s all about mindset and making an effort.
Idk if you guys experience this but there’s an analysis paralysis that I went through.
I wasted time on many what-if scenarios and outcomes that I can’t control and that are not commodities like surgical procedures; finding different doctors, wondering how a procedure will change me, digging the internet for other results even though its anecdotal and case by case by patient anatomy, etc.
Some things are stagnant while other branches can be worked on.
Stop focusing on the what-ifs and end goals at a certain point unless you’re browsing specific doctors and setting up consultations. In the meantime while you’re saving for the end goals (yes I’m calling them end goals) focus on long term investment goals that you can control. No point in focusing on what you can’t currently control.
Examples:
For example I was content to know I’m improving my skin with tretinoin, azeliac acid, and clidamycin lotion. Or my orthodontics that i was prepping myself on with Invisalign and marpe for my double jaw surgery and now post surgery. Or that I’m maxing my hair with minoxidil and finasteride everyday that takes time to thicken and regrow and will also prep up for my hair transplant. All these self improvements that will also set me up for the best case scenario and true maxing.
These are also long term improvement scenarios to get results that procedures can’t fix. My mind was at peace once I acknowledged that I was putting in effort everyday and that they will eventually stack up.
I’m also currently working on getting the right vitamins and nutrients and getting into building muscle and strength as well as my career. I may be delusional but I’m working on trading after I found a group and proven system. I keep that part to myself. I’m delusional until I’m successful.
Social skills
A big one. Since you’re a sub5 or waiting to acsend you have no expectations in getting a girl and you can genuinely work on your social skills when speaking to them or anybody social group. Steps 1 & 2 in getting attraction are actually worse or better depending on your mindset.
Step 1: Be attractive
Step 2: Have social skills
Both matter. If you’re genuinely down a rabbit hole and believe most people will treat you like shit if you’re ugly then you have another problem that we can’t help you with. Attraction is also mental especially for women. Our brains are very complex and emotional so there’s that whole aspect I feel we can get blind sighted from. I’m sure there are many of you who were attracted to someone that was maybe at least barely conventionally attractive but their affection or genuine interest support that. You’re going to have to tough it out and focus on your social skills if you have that problem. I’m personally an anti social introvert but I try to take advantage of any opportunities if I’m in a social environment.
Conclusion
As you’re interacting on long term goals your mind is preoccupied and interacting with improvements everyday. Before you know it your your final destination in here. Useless thoughts take energy. Analysis paralysis. You tend to stress yourself out and worry about the end goals if you’re like me. Repeated thoughts transition into reality, good or bad. Find what procedures you want find your doctor you want, get a job, make money, save up, and move on. Dont think about it, only what you can do today. Sorry if some of this came off as very obvious but I hope some at least helped as a reminder to steer your focus and thoughts back on track in some aspects.
