You should always use DHT blockers if you're over the age of 21. Yes, some people may say 18, but there's a chance that you may benefit from DHT. The age discrepancy is due to genetics


For your goal: oral minox combined with topical; you can use bimatoprost on eyebrows too. Also, tip: you can use Vaseline to surround the area of where you're going to apply topicals so the topicals won't contact the skin, as you know bimatoprost sides etc
