Finasteride oral vs topical

Been using topical minox for 6 month so far but it didnt seem to do much.

Now, i started gymcelling really hard recently, and it seems to have fucked my shit up a bit up. Lifted mood, higher libido, higher confidence but also THIS.

Obviously i need fin, the question is only, should i try topical or go straight oral? Topical seems to have fewer side effects, and i already have bad depression/anxiety issues.

Oral is cheaper, easier to get and more effective but im not sure if it will help, given that topical minox didnt do much.
