finasteride please help

so im 20 at the early stages of norwood 1, i dont wanna ever go bald and would rather die then let myself norwood far back down the line so i wanna hop on finasteride asap,i saw a study where it said that nearly everyone on it got worse vision,is this true or is this one of them dumb studies because i refuse to belive nearly all the ppl in this study on finasteride happen to have eye problems,the only side affect im worried about is dry eyes and vision problems did anybody here get dry eyesor vision problems from finasteride???
