Finasteride , Sex or Hair? Restarting after 4 years off the drug

I took Fin from 2015 (when I turned 18) till 2018.
I had bad side effects for the full 3 years , couldnt get it up anymore.

Now 4 years since my last pill I still have some side effects (pleasureless orgasm).

My hair is Falling out again and it makes me depressed.
I will get no Sex or Girl without my hair , so I think about restarting FIN.
I know Fin is very effective for me (im a hyper responder) .

Im just scared I will get PFS , there are people who cant work anymore because of it.
So it could possibly destroy my life , what if I cant get a errection anymore?
Im so scared , but on the other side I cant loose hair anymore .
If I loose hair I will be ugly and depressed , I wont be able to work anymore because I will feel so ugly.
If I take Fin again I could end impotent.

Its so brutal , I dont know what to do.
If I dont start Fin now it will be 100% too late
