So with all this data, why do u see a considerable amount of people complaining bout sides. I mean yeah sure, u could say that it seems so because the ones who do fine don’t complain, but still. From the day it would seem it’s very safe?!


Topical finasteride 2.275 mg/mL vs oral finasteride 1 mg vs placebo

24-week randomized trial:

• Maximum plasma finasteride: >100× lower with topical than oral
• Serum DHT reduction: ~34.5% topical vs ~55.6% oral

Separate oral-finasteride 1 mg trials:

• Decreased libido: 1.8% fin vs 1.3% placebo
• ED: 1.3% vs 0.7%
• Ejaculation disorder: 1.2% vs 0.7%
• Decreased ejaculate volume: 0.8% vs 0.4%
• Any reported sexual AE: 3.8% vs 2.1%
• No reported sexual AE: 96.2% vs 97.9%

Oral finasteride 1 mg semen study:

• No significant effect on sperm concentration
• No significant effect on total sperm count
• No significant effect on motility
• No significant effect on morphology
• Median ejaculate-volume change: −0.3 mL finasteride vs −0.2 mL placebo, not significantly different

Things not directly quantified in these trials:

• Penis size
• Penile sensation
• Exact erection fullness
• Fynzur-specific sperm quality/fertility over the long term

So based on the available data, is it fair to say the most likely outcome—especially with topical finasteride—is no noticeable change in libido, erection quality/fullness, penis size/feel, ejaculation, or semen parameters, while acknowledging that some of those specific outcomes were not directly measured?
