Finasteride worries

I'm genuinely so conflicted rn, I read all these bad things about finasteride but at the same time many good things. Then I think to myself that I will have to stay on it forever, with the hairloss probably progressing more aggressively and all-over as I age more.

And then comes PFS which is terrifying to me, I only have a 0.025% topical solution in Trichosol. Can anyone say something? I'm NW2 at 21 btw.

i mean im relatively healthy and eat primal so i think i should be fine but the fear is there..

yeh i will ngl, the side effects of being bald are worse than anything these people can fearmonger me with anyways
