Take topical Dutasteride + RU58841, it reduces scalp DHT and test while suppressing your DHT to a lesser extent compared to oral fin and dut. You still get some suppression of DHT but its nothing compared to Fin or Dut nuking your DHT by 70-90%

Nizoral shampoo blocks dht. Makes your hair dry af so use with a good conditioner. Might be cope but I use peptide hair density serum from the ordinary and I genuinely think it halted some thinning. Dont use fin until your atleast 25.
