Should i take finastride im 18 and im norwooding so bad i know this is a repetitive question but genuinely how do i avoid the side affects i cant live without my hair help me

You don’t get ED from the drugs. You may have a temporary loss of libido at the start but it goes to normal as the drug stabilizes

Get on fin, ed is a rare side effect and if u get it u can always hop off

I was on finasteride for 3.5 years and switched to dutasteride a couple of months ago. Never had any side effects. I noticed some thickening of my hair after about 4 months and it has maintained. I stopped having to style my hair a certain way to hide thin spots. It only regrew my recently lost hair though, that's why you need to hop on fin asap before DHT kills your follicles forever, there's follicles on my head that have been attacked by DHT for years and are dead now.

I switched to dutasteride because I noticed that my cowlick at the back looked quite noticeable under sun light, it has probably always been like that but I hopped on dutasteride just to be safe. Had no sides on dutasteride either, it's stronger than finasteride.

Depends on how aggressive your hair loss is. I lost quit a bit of density in my temples but nowhere near enough to seem like I'm badly balding. Some people go from nw1 to nw7 in 3 years. Minoxidil alone should hold it off for a couple of years until you can get on fin.
