Fincels am I overdosing?

I've taken 1mg fin everyday for 1 month
Is this too much? Should I lower the dose?

21 and I have full NW1 + big forehead so I really want my hair
I don't know if I'm not poisoning myself too much tbh and maybe 0,5mg or every other day would work fine either so tell me wyd

I should also start microneedling but my current hair is too long tbh i'll just pull out hair with the dermaroller

I’ve done 0.25mg for 6 months and now 0.5mg for 1 week

imo you should half the dosage, that’s strong stuff and 1mg is overkill

0.5mg is enough for most people. The difference with 1mg is minimal. A lot of people could also just take 0.5 every other day and still get like 90% of the benefits of taking 1mg everyday
